Overview
Among the countless religious sites and circuits that devotees visit in Uttarakhand, one of the most prominent is the Char Dham Yatra. This Yatra or pilgrimage is a tour of four holy sites - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath nestled high up in the Himalayas. The Chota Char Dham, is an important Hindu pilgrimage circuit in the Indian Himalayas. Located in the Garhwal region of the state of Uttarakhand, the circuit consists of four sites ”Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath.
Itinerary

Welcome to Chardham Yatra. You are greeted and assisted on arrival at Haridwar Railway station by our representative and drive to Barkot enjoy the beauty of the Himalayas, (route may be changed as per road condition & traffic). Later, drive straight to Barkot for a night stay.

Drive to Jankichatti, the trek starts from here to Yamunotri (6kms). On arrival leave the vehicle and start to ascend on the trek route either by walk or pony/Doli (at own cost). On arrival at Yamunotri purchase, Prasad forms local small shops, then proceeds to holy dip in a natural hot water spring or river Yamuna (icy cold water). One can cook rice in “Surya Kund (hot water spring), dipping in a muslin cloth, and take cooked rice home as "Prasadam". Pooja can be offered to the mythological Divya Shila. Take the blessings of Mata Yamuna and trek down to Jankichatti. Later drive back to Barkot for a night stay.

Morning departs to Uttarkashi, on arrival check-in at the hotel, later visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath temple at Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Morning proceeds to Gangotri (3048 pts), en-route enjoy the drive parallel to Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. On arrival, Gangotri has a holy dip in the river Bhagirathi (icy cold water). Perform Pooja and Hindu rites at the bank of the river. Then proceed to darshan, of Mata Ganga, Lord Shiva, Hanuman, Vinayaka, and BhagirathMaharaj, have blessings, and return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Morning drive to Guptkashi or Ukhimath. On arrival check into the hotel. Later do Registration for visiting Kedarnath, overnight stay at Hotel.

Early morning drive to Gaurikund/ Phata (for trek route or helipad)trek starts from here to Kedarnath (3584 pts) on foot or Heli/Doli/pony (at own cost). Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, and clothes.After performing Pooja & Darshan of Shri Kedarnath Ji returns to Sitapur/Phata. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Morning After breakfast transfer to Badrinath/Joshimath, en-route visit Karanprayag, Nandprayag, Vishnu Prayag, & Joshimath (Narasimha Temple) on arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Morning visit temple after a holy dip in Tapt Kund. Proceed through the colorful entrance of the temple to the Darshan of Badrivishal along with Ganesh, Kubera, Garuda, Narada, Udhhav, Nar & Narayan. Also see another small temple inside the temple compound i.e. Laxmimata, Nar-Narayana, Hanuman, Ghantakarna, and Kaamdhenu. One can get ˜Charnamirtâ™ (Abhishek Ajmal) inside the compound. Brahma Kapal is significant for Pinddam Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus), one can perform right here. Overnight stay at Joshimath/Pipalkoti.

Morning drive back to Haridwar. En-route see the confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda in Devprayag. On arrival at Haridwar. Here the tour ends with happy memories as you drop to the Delhi Railway station for the journey to your onward destination.
